Hello guys,

We are finally getting there and we wanted some feedback about what we have in our petition.

As an additional info the beneficiary is from France and both reside there currently. We will mark it on the envelope that we are filling from abroad.

Here is what we have included, let us know what you guys think:

1. Check for I-130 filing fee

2. Completed form G-1145

3. Completed and signed form I-130

4. Completed and signed form G-325A and photograph (petitioner)

5. Completed and signed form G-325A and photograph (beneficiary)

6. Copy of petitioner birth certificate

7. Copy of our marriage certificate and translation

8. Proof of bona fide relationship

a. A short summary of your story

b. Pictures (including wedding pictures)

c. Travel tickets

i. Antoines Travel to Denver

ii. Antoines Travel to Kansas City

iii. Ruby and Antoine travel to Paris

iv. Ruby and Antoine travel to Hamburg

d. Rent agreement for the shared apartment and translation

i. Only the first and last pages are translated (they contain the names). The other pages are only law articles.

e. Electricity Provider contract and translation

f. Chats logs from Facebook messenger spanning the length of the relationship ( approximately one extract per month of relationship)

Besides the marriage certificate that was translated by an agency I did the other translations myself and added the declaration and my signature at the end of each of the documents.

Sounds like you have done your homework, great! The photos are both US size, right? Did you include passport stamps for your travels (where applicable)? The check is from a US bank, and you have found a carrier that will accept a shipment including a check?

Thanks!

Yes we had the pics done at a store, so pricey but following the appropriate standard

I didn't include passport stamps for Europe travels there's none and I didn't include mine from the US travel, should I print an i94 ?

My MIL sent us the check from my wife's bank in good ol Missouri

We gonna send it through the French post and they do it no problem usually so I hope it will work

Sounds good. It's not absolutely necessary, but the best evidence for travel is always considered the passport stamps.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

Ok, I'll see if I can get the I94 to show my arrival and departure dates from the US

As for Europe, open borders so no stamps

Yes, I'm aware of that (I'm Norwegian), that's why I said "where applicable".

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.
