My pictures that i'm planning to send in with the N-400 are together on a single piece. Two identical images on the same paper, is this ok? they are 2x2 and are on a white background side by side with a space inbetween them. Should I cut them apart o.o?

Also how do I send them? Do I just put them in the package along the N-400(which I stapled together). Do I staple them on the N-400? Wondering same thing about money order actually. I just stick them in along the N-400 in the big orange envelope?

Don't see how to edit post.

The Photocopies of my GC are in black and white is this ok? Also right next to the Photocopy of my GC on the same paper is my SSN card photocopy, don't know if that's alright. Guy who helped me with pictures/photocopies did it this way and said it was fine.

If you're living in the United States, you don't have to send pictures. Not sure about b/w green card copy but it would be more professional to have it in color. You also don't need to submit a SSN copy. The form asks for your SSN number that's all you need to include.

I picked up the form at the USISC and they gave me a form along with an extra sheet giving instructions:

$680/2 Photos/Copy of both sides GC

Mail to XXX

Go to this link: https://www.uscis.gov/n-400

Read the instructions for N-400 and document checklist, both of which state no photos required.

Why would they give me that instruction sheet if it wasn't necessary? You think there will be issues if I send photos in?
