Who else December 2016 filers waiting here? Hmm, hoping for everyone to get approve and stay here legally for good. I files ROC last December 2016 with Divorce waiver. I got transferred notice last March 6, 2018. Since then, I haven’t heard anything. There is a mail coming now, I hope that is my approval notice! 😇☝🏻🙏🏻

I'm just reading this now. So before your got the mail your case had no updates or anything? You just recieved the mail yesturday & your case online still says on March 6 we recieved your case at local office.

I wonder if that is going to happen with mine. I am Dec 22 filer. Still waiting too. My case changed on March 5 to recieved at local office but since then nothing has changed.

Don't feel alone, I am still waiting. Supposedly they sent an RFE on june 8th but I have not get it yet. (This is what the officer told me when I went to get a new stamp in my passport yesterday).Although when I check my status online does not show anything at all. I thought it would say that a RFE had been issued for my case, anyway. Lets be "more" patient and see what happens. Congrats to the new recipients of their GC or Citizenship

Have you checked your case on the app?

I'm a Dec 2016 filer. Noa 12.22. Currently still no updates on my case. All the cases around mine have been updated but nothing with mine. Btw I'm using the app to track as i see real time updates

I didn't  have the track app, I just installed to check it out and apparently it's connected to the USCIS website....I'm Dec filer, 12.28 and I just got approved, my card is in the mail. I didn't see any of these updates in the USCIS website, until a few weeks ago I registered at the DHS website, and that's where I'm getting all my updates, no updates at the USCIS website.

Have you tried the DHS website?

If you mean the letter stating the green card was in production we got it one day after thr actual green card arrived.

if you mean status change online from uscis website then I’m unsure. The last status I saw on there was the “fee waiver” status then the green card came in the mail last week. 🤷‍♀️

i am feeling lonely here ..I am happy for the ones who already got this.

I am confident with all the papers we send that will be approved but I made a mistake I sent the affidavits of bona fide as copies of originals not the originals .

I did it because we made a second copy of everything we keep the originals with us .

Do you think will be a issue?

I received a second letter after the RFE^_^
