I can not understand what any of this means. To me it sounds like BS that the NVC just says to make themselves sound busy. The NVC received my case 11/15/2016. Case number 11/16/2016. It has been sitting collecting dust ever since then. I call 2 times a day and every employee is clueless. They tell me AP processing. My problem is that no one know exactly what it is and why it happen to me. I would just like an explanation of what's going on. Every answer I have gotten seems like a indirect way of telling me to shut up and wait.

You can ask to speak to a Tier 2 manager and they will ask why and you just need to say to the rep it's pertaining to your case.

You may have to wait a bit on the phone. I have found that it's best to work with the same manger, if you can---so once you get a name you can ask for that manger by name. I found in my experience that the NVC's mangers were very nice, polite and helpful.

Did you just file in October?

Usually it takes a few months after they receive the case for the next step.

Is this NOA1 or NOA2? If it is NOA1 you have a few more months to wait.
