So I am going to get a stipend every month starting in January of about 2000 dollars or more per month (which will be around the time the interview date will be).

I have a second job too, that doesn't pay quite as much.

Also, my father, who is going to be a co-sponsor, is pulling in a lot of extra money from disability and retirement money along with his salary at his job. So how would I elaborate on this to them? I want them to know I have more money than just from my job.

Should I just write a letter to send to my fiance to give to the officers? Sort of like the Letter of Intent style?

I would just keep it plain and simple submit what they ask for and you have a cosponsor. That's all you need at this point. I know when we fill out our forms we want to show our best about the future of our relationships. Also it might be better not to say anything until you are actually receiving the stipend and then only if necessary. I think the simpler the better. Hope it all works out!
