Hello, I have been very stressed lately to say the least, our i601 waiver was received February 19, 2016. It has been OVER NINE months and even the proccessing times are now showing March, I just dont understand I have not received a single update. Is there any way I can talk to an actual person to get any update? anyone else from February? This is really stressing me out

You need to telephone sitting and waiting will mess your head.

https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-601instr.pdf - Assumed you clearly stated which reason when you filed? Sometimes people are not clear enough when they submit and miss a key step.
