Hello guys,

Trying to finish filling the Forms for the IR-1/CR-1 Visa here and I have the following questions:

We currently live abroad:

Below are the questions on the I-130 form

B. information about you:

2. Address :

is it fine if its the French address?

15. Name and address of present employer :

my wife works in France so has a French employer, no issue with that?

18. Address in the U.S where your relative intends to live :

is this address binding in any way? We are thinking of putting my mother in law address although if everything goes according to plan we wont stay there very long or maybe at all.

21.If filling for your spouse, give the last address at which you lived together.

Fine to put the French address here?

Below are the questions about the petionner G325a:

This form is submitted with an application for :

Ticked other with the mention Spouses I-130, is it acceptable?

Below are the questions about the beneficiary G325a:

Applicants last address outside the US of more than one year:

Should I write the address that is mentioned in the residence list again? Been living there for 3 years so far.

This form is submitted with an application for : ticked other with the mention IR-1/CR-1 Visa, is it acceptable?

Alien registration number: Leave the box blank?

15) no issue

18) you can put to be determined or your MIL's address

21) if you actually live there together, yes

G-325a - yes click other and write I-130 or I-130 spouse petition

on beneficiary G-325a write their last residence of over 1 year outside the USA regardless
