Need your advice about evidences for ROC

Hi everyone. I been thinking about writing my own statement to support the form I751 [based on divorce] to remove condition on my green card. Do you guys think the idea of writing a statement to tell the whole story from the day we met till the day we got divorced would be a good support and strong evidence ?

Also can anybody here tell me what they included in thier statement if they had sent one to uscis to remove condition on thier green card?

USCIS does not care if your marriage worked out. They are not in the business of marriage counseling or listening to your side of the story. They are only interested in if the marriage was entered into in good faith.

Also can anybody here tell me what they included in thier statement if they had sent one to uscis to remove condition on thier green card?

Are you saying that i dont need to write the statment. Just submit eveidence that o have ?

The statement is good, there is couples that have all evidences but their marriage is a shame because they all made it up and there is honest people that don't have that much evidence and their marriage is honest and real. Uscis can look at the face of people and tell if you are real or no!

I have included short letters of explanation with all my evidence for the ROC. E.g. Explain that the 3rd person on our first lease was my father-in-law who helped us qualify as we have never rented an apt before.

My advice would be to include evidence that shows your marriage was in good faith and if you feel the need to explain certain evidence, I would write short and to the point letters to explain it. I would not write a lengthy letter about your whole relationship. Be concise, let the evidence speak for itself. Only supplement it with explanation when necessary.

Anybody can make up stories, so a lengthy letter wouldn't help I don't think. If you show through evidence you did everything together, joint bank accounts, joint tax returns and then explain your divorce, that should be clear enough.
