Hey I recently paid my aos fee and it came up rejected I attempted to pay in two days ago and after I did, it says in process, today it changed to paid but the money is still in my bank account. I payed using a chase visa debit, how can I rectify the situation ???

Give it a week. Don't spend the money before then. Sometimes transactions like that get bounced about for a day or three, and you need to give it a chance to process through.

If it's still there a week from now, you can decide if you want to try and pay it again.
