I, my wife and two children were interviewed for f3 visa more than 3 months ago. It was good and we were told that our visa approved and our passports, other original documents were kept. Visa offcier told us that our documents will be available within 5 -10 days. at pick up location. But no email I received. CEAC status reamained at Administrative processing for 3 months. I emailed to visa service desk. In reply i was asked to submit few aditional documents. I submitted accordingly. After two days of submission CEAC status changed to READY ( your case is ready for interview................). In last 15 days the status stays at READY but upadated date changed 5 times... What it means.... can anybody say what next..... ???

When you are on AP, no one really knows what is the extent of their checks/verification and exactly how long this may take. The best part is that you most probably crossed all the obstacles and it's just an waiting game and how you are responding to their queries (if they do). I know it's stressful but at this moment you can't really do anything.

Most men and in some cases women from certain countries go through AP pretty much as a default. Sadly Bangladesh made it to that list. So. I worries. Keep contacting your embassy on a weekly basis and check your status online regularly.
