Hi everyone,

I really need some clarification on how to go about this form. I had to get a joint sponsor when i filed the I-134 affidavit with the K1 petition. Right now, I and my husband are in the process of preparing the AOS packet. Since then, not much has changed "employment wise" and i understand i will still need a joint sponsor. Can i just get my joint sponsor to only fill out the I-864 while I resubmit all the other documents i received from him for the I-134 (9 months ago), instead of having to approach him for a new set of documents?

For e.g., the tax returns i have is current;

I would like to resubmit the letters from both our employers even if they are dated January 2016; (will this be a problem?)

Please i need urgent answers. I would really appreciate all the help i can get.

You will need updated supporting documents, such as recent pay checks, recent letter from employer, etc. Tax transcript can be the same (if it's the one filed this year). Uscis needs proof the job is still going and the income is current, so a 9 month old employment letter is not much use for example
