My Husband is a US citizen but had a Permanent Resident Card before. Form i-130

Hello Everyone,

Please I don't know if someone can hel me with this urgent matter.

My husband was born in Albania and moved here when he was a kid. He had a Permanent Resident Card back in 2001(it expired on 2011) , got his citizenshio and has an american passport to prove that.

I am filling form i-130 and on Part B. Question 10 it says " Alien Registration Number" . Should I include his A# from his Permanent Resident Card that he had before getting his citizenship?

Also, questionn 14 says " if you are a lawful permanent resident alien, complete the following :......" ... I do not know if I need to fill in this information for him since he is now a citizenship.

Anyone who can give some guidense please?
