Hi folks.

This is my situation. i am a holder of a green card. i made an application for a Re-entry permit. It has been more than 3 months and two weeks, and i have received no answer yet. (N.B. I did the fingerprints even before i receive the mail for that. Also, now i am outside the US already)

Question : After more than 3 months passed, should i get worried? Your advice: What to do in this case? Thank You in advance.

This is the message i have on uscis check status page (last update October 27th) :

On July 11, 2016, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-131, Application For USCIS Travel Document, Receipt Number LIN**********. Our Nebraska Service Center location is working on your case. We mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
