Hi, VJfriends

From those of you who have been approved or even just submitted police clearance from Rome, may i ask if getting the 2 below

meets the requirement for submission to NVC and the embassy?

1. Procura Republica

Roma

Certificato dei Carichi Pendenti

with the stamp on the top right side.

2. Ministero della Giustizia

Certifcato Generali del Casellario Giudizali

with stamp and seal at the bottom

I ask because documents from other countries, say for ex Argentina, need to be apostilled, docs from the Phil. need to be authenticated (9the spostille version for non-hague convention member countries).

Don't the above- country's police clearance need apostille or authentication from their Foreign Affairs Office?.

We did not go to Rome because of expense. We merely wrote someone from the Justice Office to help us with it, so we are wondering if anything more needs to be done with this clearances, or not/

My sincerest thanks to those of you who can share your know-how, experience/ expertise on this very particular document, to help us. Bless you all..
