Vaccinations and proof - what's needed?

Hi,

I'm slightly confused here so hopefully someone will be able to help.

I'm getting things together for my AOS interview (November 2016) and have a question about my vaccinations.

Prior to the medical in London I became aware that the NHS had lost the majority of my medical history and therefore I couldn't prove I'd had the vaccinations I should have had.

At the medical in Knightsbridge (September 2015) it was recommended that I have three lots of vaccinations, all of which required boosters.

I paid to have them done there and got a DS-3025 and a certificate to show I'd had them done.

Since the. I've had the boosters, one set in the UK and the last set here in the USA. Each time I have obtained a print out from the clinic to document that I've had the boosters.

The DS-3025 'complete' and 'Not compete' boxes at the bottom are unchecked.

My question is.... Will this DS-3025 and additional print outs for the boosters suffice for the interview or will I have to get a doctor here to review the boosters and complete another form to evidence that I've completed the recommended course of vaccinations?

Any help or advice appreciated!
