My husband's interview was scheduled for October 14 2016 at 6:45 am in Lagos Nigeria. When he got to the desk he was informed that his name was not on a list. Several others were also not on the list prompting the desk rep to call and see whats going on. After receiving the information the desk rep informed my husband that his interview was rescheduled for October 19, 2016 at 6:45 am and that they sent him an email. Unfortunately that was not the case. We never received any email. I sent an email but it will take 2-3 business days to arrival and I'm concerned that he may not receive his updated letter in time for his interview.

My concern is that he does not have written documentation showing his new interview date and time. My question is will my husband be able to complete his interview without an updated interview letter?
