Child support on I-134

Hi folks,

I still carry child support from the previous marriage. Do I need to provide the proof of child support into the I-134 form for my fiancee K1 visa interview? For example, copy of paycheck that shows the amount draw from my pay? Do I need to write any letter and swear that this is the xxxx amount I have to pay for child support per month? Do I need to submit the court document that shows the amount of child support I have to pay? Do I need any confirmation letter from my ex-wife?

You don't have to include the child support payment in I-134.

However, you need to include your child in your household size when calculating 125% poverty level requirement.
