My mom been stay out of US over two year and now she want to go back to US. she is a green card holder.

as I know if you stay outside of US more than 6 month that mean you abandon your residency and not able to get back in.

Right now I'm about to fill a I-30 to sponsor her back to US. is this a right way to file or there is away to bring her back without fill I-30 over again?

If anyone have deal with this situation before please share. Thanks

First, check to see if her GC is still active. If so, she MAY have a chance to use it to reenter, HOWEVER, it is not a guarantee. She may have to request to provide sufficient reason for not maintaining residency in the US.

Does she have an extenuating circumstance requiring her to be out of the US for more than 2 years?

I'm afraid that is not an extenuating circumstance. :(
