aos and iv package

Hi pls help me. I sent my aos and iv package to nvc on separate dates. I got confused, I finished the aos package first and after 2 weeks, the iv package. I still have not received an email from nvc that they receive my aos package. How long does it take for nvc to email the receipt of the packages you sent to them? Thank you very much

NVC doesn't always send an email notifying you that they received your documents, so it is always best to give them a call and ask; that way you know what your official scan date is.

Thank you for the response. I also saw the status of my application online. n/a was written on aos package and iv package. What does that mean?

Thank you very much. I was just wondering what n/a means. it is written after the the receipt of AOS and IV online.

Currently those don't mean anything; I don't even know why those are there to be honest (maybe they plan on doing something later on down the road). Those will remain N/A. You need to call NVC to confirm that they received both your packages. There is always a possibility that one may have been lost, and you wouldn't want that to happen.

When you have something like shown in the picture, it means you more likely have a case complete. That is what you will be looking for once you confirm that NVC has all your documents. A case complete can take up to 6wks from your scan date to occur.

But first things first, you must call NVC to make sure they have your packages.
