So sorry for the delay, its terrible waiting so long. I've read that being on a supervisors review list can take anywhere from an additional 30-45 business days. Although I am not certain on the exact amount of days. Did you get checklist? I'm in a similar situation, at 32 days past my second scan date. Still waiting, but called nvc and they said if I don't get a cc by next wk, then they will put me on a supervisors list as well. Good luck, hope you get a CC soon!

I got a checklist back in August and replied to that, which started a whole new 30 day waiting cycle. My original scan date was 7/6, second scan date was 8/16. We weren't placed on a supervisors review the first time, but the operator suggested being placed on one if I don't hear anything by next wk (since its been past 6 weeks with no answer). Hopefully they will look at your case soon, since you didnt have any checklist or issues. Good Luck!! Ive read that it may help to keep called nvc, and ask to speak with a supervisor about your case.
