does anyone know what ( under review ) means ?

hello guys

my scan date was for 41 days ago and i called nvc they said my case under review is that means they are processing it now ?

and is there different between under review and not reviewed yet ?

probably processing it now. under review means they checking it not review means never touched

probably means they are processing it now

not reviewed yet means not touched not seen meanwhile under review means is being processed
