Forgot to notify change of address

Hello all

So, I was just reading the instructions form for i751 and noticed the paragraph about the change of address. After looking into it more I realized I should have notified them after we moved into our own apartment within ten days.

My question is, what do I do now? I'm guessing I should complete the online change of address form, but would it be the pending application one as I received the notice I can submit the i751 form for ROC? I will also put our new address on the i751 form. Also, has anyone done the same thing, and if so what were your experiences with this? How serious is this? I plan on calling them tomorrow to let them know what happened too.

I forgot to add, our old address is still our mailing address as it is my wife's parent's address. We live in an apartment complex and prefer to get our mail delivered to her parent's house.

We had forgotten to do it and it had been over a year before we realized it. Few weeks before filing ROC, wife & I submitted Change of Address. And then filed ROC. That was 7 months ago. Last week my application got approved. Therefore, I can say better late than never to file Change of Address

Forgetting to update your address is like a 2/10 on the scale of USCIS offenses. Don't sweat it.
