Cover sheet received in mail vs. downloaded from payment portal

Yay! Finally going to be submitting the AOS and IV packages today!

But wondering about the cover sheets. I have one "document cover sheet" that I received in the mail and my wife has another, over in Japan. The ones received in the mail have a long checklist. I'm thinking to use the one I have for a barcoded cover sheet for the AOS package. For the IV package, I downloaded a cover sheet with barcode from the payment portal. It does not have a checklist, but appears to be the right document. I'm planning to use that for cover sheet for IV package.

Is this ok? Why the two different styles of cover sheets?

The one you got in the mail is a checklist of the things you need to send. The others were payment receipts. You can send just the one you got in the mail. As long as you've sent something with the barcode on, you're good.
