Hi,everyone. Thanks for stopping by. may i ask your guys a few questions,Sorry for the language gap and I am new to here.I just want to ask general questions for my friend, and I do not know much more info :

1) can a EAD be renewed during a pending MTR(i-290B has not yet approved but just accepted by uscis)bases on a denial I-485 form?

2) If she do successfully renew the EAD,does that affect the Immigration benefit that she is seeking if she use EAD during a pending MTR (case not yet reopen)since the I-485 is still denied?

3) if her I-290B got denied,what is her options?she married a us citizen with a k1 visa.

Thanks all.please tell me your experience and opinions.God bless you!
