AOS - proof of relationship

In the document cover sheet with the check boxes, it lists proof of relationship under financial documents. Does this mean we should include a copy of the marriage certificate in both AOS and IV packages?

Also, in filing out the check boxes, I don't have all documents that my cosponsor has, should i still check the box as enclosed if it pertains only to them?

Thanks guys!

Proof of relationship for the AOS package only applies if your sponsor or joint sponsor is combining income with a household member who has completed an I-864A. Such cases require that the household member provides proof of their relationship to the sponsor/joint sponsor. For example, if your brother is your joint sponsor and he is combining income with his wife, your brother completes an I-864 and his wife completes an I-864A and sends a copy of their marriage certificate to prove they are married and that they are household members together.

If you completed Form I-864A, submit evidence that proves your relationship to the sponsor (the person who filed Form I-864). You can prove your relationship by submitting a photocopy of one of the documents below:

Birth certificate;

Marriage certificate;

Adoption certificate;

The petitioner or joint sponsors most recent Federal Income Tax Returns, if you are listed as a dependent; or

A signed, written statement describing the relationship.
