Canadian passport renewal from within the US

Has anyone had their passport renewed recently? If so how long did it take to get back? How did you send it? I messed up thinking it wouldn't take that long now I am worried we wanted to fly out Oct. 22 and I am planning on sending it out Monday! To book a flight or not....

My husband renewed a few months ago - it took one month to process plus extra time for courier. So I think 1 month and a half start to finish.

I renewed from US about 2 years ago and it was quite quick. I don't remember how long it took but I am pretty sure it was quicker than their estimate. You should be fine if you send it Monday.

kris1915's estimate sounds about right. Was asked to resend photo so that delayed a little. Good they now have the option for 10 year passports.
