Hello again everyone.

Here are my questions with regards to Ds 160

1. Full Name in Native Alphabet - I am confuse, should i wrote there my name as how it appears on my passport? Or i should check does not available?

2. I have middle name in my passport but DS 160 doesnt have filled for Middle Name. Does it mean i should not enter middle name or i can put it beside the first name field?

I just finished helping my fiancée with hers and we checked the "does not apply" but we put her middle name on the "given" line along with her first name. Not sure if it is correct, but that's what we did. Hope that helps.

When i do my ds160 i put "Not available" For the native alphabet.
