Hello Everyone,

I really need help...before proceding with my I-130 petition

My experience(s):

I got married to a friend my home country in 2009 but at the middle of 2013 things started to get very ugly...found out from his family members that he's bisexual, he joined different cults unknown to me and he try to get me to join one..., coming home very late, always with young boys,started renting an apartment for this young boy and he even went to the extinct of putting him over me, opening bank accounts unknown to me, change his address unknown to me,was even against me having friends, he never wanted me to be in church, he was too cruel to me,my life was at stick,finally before the end of last year it got really physical and I separated myself from him by moving out to my relative house until filing for divorce. I was in great agony from all of the cruelties. in short, my divorce was finalized early part of this year. In short, I was married for almost 7 years and I have all documentations to prove...

Before my separation,I met this guy who was in a relationship with 2 kids but his partner died and we just fell in love and decided to married shortly after my divorce. This man is a man of God and likewise myself. During my struggles and pains , God call me as a pastor too.

Now, here is my question will immigration see this suspicious if I file for my second spouse? If I file, what all do i need to include in my application package?

It is definitely a red flag that you got married to a second man from abroad, and so quickly after divorcing the first. On the positive side, having been married 78 years the first time helps, and presumably you have police reports of his physical attacks and things mentioned in divorce proceedings.

The best thing you can do is a cover letter explaining why you divorced and re-married so quickly, and include a lot of relationship evidence with the second husband, especially proof of time spent together.
