Hello, Today August 26 my husband got his case complete at the NVC. How long before his actual interview date at Ciudad Juarez?

Hello everybody I am from India. Can anybody help me? My US immigration case F2B category has been completed on 27 june 2016 and Reviewed by NVC. Now Case status shows Foreign state of chargeability India. i am waiting for my interview date, have you any idea when i will get my interview date?
