Transit visa req in LHR ?

My fiance will be traveling with me to the USA in few days from Pakistan. Wr had no direct or.short route flight due to seat availability so we booked our flight itinerary from lahore pakistan to doha,qatar and have two hr layover there. Then we have a connecting flight two hrs later from Doha to London. We have a 5 hr layover in London before we depart from.there to New York. My question is will my fiance who is on a K1 visa required to have a transit visa in London for the 5 hr m layover at the airport we have. Thank you

Your Fiance's USA visa has no impact on UK requirements. As he is from Pakistan he will likely need a transit visa for the UK. https://www.gov.uk/transit-visa

Well i did use and read onthe site u referred. That is correct transit visa is required but if u go below and see where it says check if u need a visa, when i state Pakistan where she will be departing from. She is EXEMPT from a transit visa req as she holds a US visa and that is where she is continuing on to onwards from London.

Ah yes. I guess make sure the layover is all in the same day. That seems to be the only other requirement that you need to make sure to match
