G325a form question

Hello everyone!

Im very confuse in the form G325a in which there's box in the bottom part that you need to check either, naturalization and there's also other"specify"

Im the alien spouse my husband will be the petioner and we are applying for spousal visa and we are married more 2 yrs and half already.

Other said I will check the box other and specify.

"IR1"

"Cr1"

"permanent residence"

"spousal visa"

Which one is correct and the best to put for me as the alien spouse? Im really confuse..

What about for my husband? what he needs to put.
