hi everyone me and my husband is trying to fill up a I-864. we are currently staying together here in Kuwait and we are also filing an immigrant visa for my son whos staying in Philippines right now. now my question is

  • do we have to file a separate I-864 since we are is two different places.
  • if yes, on my I-864 PART 3 NO.2 do we have to put a check on it since we filing a separate petition?
  • on PART 5 what do you mean by the word DOMICILE? my husband is an American and hes just here in Kuwait to work, the way i understand it his country of domicile is still US and he needs only to show some proof of evidence that he is under job contract... am i right?

LETS SAY ITS A SEPARATE FILE:

  • on my son's I-864 who will be the principal immigrant? me or him?
  • PART 3 no.1 should we put check on NO box and leave the YES box unmarked as well as no. 2 do we have to put check on the box

i attach the forms itself here ...i hope you can help me thank you
