Hello everyone,

We are close to getting our NOA2, and a question has arosed about police certificates. My fiance is a dual citizen of Italy & Tunisia. He was born and raised in Italy, so obviously we will get one from there. However he is also a citizen of Tunisia, but has never lived there for more than 6 months at a time. He has property there but has only gone for vacations for at the most, 3 months at a time.

I know the form says wherever you've lived for 6 months or more, but I just wanted to make sure he wouldn't need one from Tunisia even though he is a citizen there.

Thanks!
