Medical exam for AOS

hi! So i had my interview for my AOS last july, it went well but i was ask for an rfe for my medical ? due to expiration status.. so i went to a civil surgeon and was ask to do some bloodwork for syphillis and a quanteferon tb test. My tb test blood work came out positive (unfortunately) , so i was asked again by my civil surgeon to do a chest x-ray.

my question is.. what if my chest x-ray will come out positve too? What will be the next step? What will happen to my aos application?

sigh* im so bothered with this .. Hope to hear from anyone here ..
