Hi,

Forgive me if this has been asked already as I am new to these forums. But I had a question regarding PCC for IV process

My wife is in Pakistan, she has lived mainly in CityA due to her studies but her parents house is in CityB where she visits almost every weekend. Although she has never lived in CityB for a continuous 6 month period but her NIC shows CityB address

Now my question is this. Since Pakistan has different PCC for every district, I think 1 PCC won't be enough...

A) Do we need PCC from both CityA and CityB? Even if she hasn't lived in CityB for long, just to be on the safe side?

B) What can we put on certificates and DS-260 for her addresses for both cities? Because there isn't a fixed date she lived in CityB. Is it ok to have overlapping dates for 2 residences in different cities for DS-260 and PCCs?

For example:

Jan 2011 to Jan 2015 - CityA

Jan 2014 to Jan 2015 - CityB (it overlaps with CityA timing)

Can someone please help me out with this? I am kinda confused on how to deal with this situation. Your help will be appreciated. Thanks

Police certificates are not required for Pakistan, do not bother getting them

Thank you for your prompt response. Actually, yes I checked that it's not required to send to NVC but then I heard from people that sometimes ISL embassy asks to see them and even sends people back if they don't have it in some cases. So I was wondering why not get them just in case since they are not that hard to obtain. Although, I was confused about which cities to get it for as I mentioned in my previous post.

You will not be asked for them at the interview, they were asking for them around the time the requirement was changed, but are not asking for them now
