Good afternoon!

My fiancee and I got our I-129F case approved and we are very excited to proceed, however, as the petitioner I need to file a I-139 Affidavit of Support.

Now... I was naturalized in the states through my parents and I was pretty young when it happened. So I would assume that I would select b. "If a U.S citizen through parent(s) or marriage, give Certificate of Citizenship number".

My problem is that I don't have a Certificate of Citizenship and my parents are adamant that I do not have one or they never received one because of how I was naturalized. This concerns me because I have no idea how to fill the first part of the I-139 then... What should I do? Should I submit a N-565 to see if I have one somewhere?

My other question concerns Packet 3. In it, it asks for certain documents such as the birth certificate, etc. If my fiancee does not have Court Records, Military Records, death or divorce records... is it okay to leave those out? She's not dead, divorced, or have military and court records.

Thanks for any responses and help! We've been following VisaJourney throughout our I-129 process!
