When do they usually give out interviews and the usual time frame from getting your case completed to interview date (manila phil)? 4 more days till i mark the 30 days from my scan date.... I hope they don't go beyond 30 days

Maybe 1-3 months and I've see longer. No one can say as each case is different. Your early in the process and more patience is needed. This not going to be fast. Do you have your documents ready for the interview?

Also, try and find others here who are processing through Philippines so you can follow their progress which can give you an idea about your progression. Under your profile on the left side of this page is a way to track your timeline. Select "timeline" and then next to your profile picture is "follow similar timelines" link. Select it and it will populate a page with others who are processing. I see 6 people with similar timelines as yours. Select any one of them.

yes we have all the docs.do we need to bring the 1864 to the interview.. thank you

Please read the link I provided for a necessary documents needed for the interview. There is a paragraph there addresses you question about the I-864.
