I have my interview in London on monday, and am planning to travel down on sunday evening and stay in a hotel.

Can anyone recommend any that are close to the embassy? and cheap!

Also, is the embassy far from Euston train station?

Thanks

Parkwood Hotel in Hyde Park.

We stayed there and liked it. Very convenient to everything in London. Older but very clean.

You dont get a private shower? According to the price list you have to pay an extra £23 to get a shower....!

From the photos it looks like a pretty yucky place, although its very close to the embassy....hmm.

I quite like the look of this one: http://tinyurl.com/kakpd Its 2 mins further from Parkwoodhotel but looks a lot nicer and has a private bathroom. Decisions decisions..

Thanks for the link anyway

Right here is newish and has ensuite -- it's in kings cross (not far from euston station). You can get on the piccadilly line at kings cross and take it to hyde park corner (about 15 minutes), then walk to embassy (about 10 minutes)

We had a private shower! And only paid 75 in September. It was far from yucky - it was very charming.
