I-751 RFE Lost!

Hello All!

I filed my I-751 last year, and had my biometrics appointment on 8/27/15. I received an Request for Additional Evidence Notice, which I used to create a packet that cannot be denied! Unfortunately, because I am a fool, I misplaced the notice. I have everything ready, I just don't have the physical notice with instructions on what to do next. I called USCIS 3 times, each time they 'patch me through' to a 'higher level of customer service'. I get put in a queue for them to call me back, and they never do. This has wasted almost a week and now I am getting worried I will miss my deadline (they say a new notice would take 15-30 days to arrive).

Could infopass help me out? There is an office in Philadelphia around 90 minutes from me, could I just make an appointment and have them fax the notice to them?

We just went to an Infopass appointment today and they were helpful. So I suggest like the poster above said. Make an appointment asap. You have to check online several times during the week to find an opening appointment. You may not get an available day on the first try. But keep on trying. Good luck!
