Hello fellow VJ peeps!

I filed the petition for my GF last april and received our NOA 2 last month. I am a student and just graduated last month. I just graduated last month also and just got back here in hawaii a week ago and already looking for a job to help with the fees for my fiance.

Now my mom is the one providing the affidavit of support for my fiance. And due to vacations and emergency leave since my aunt died, my mom makes 100% above poverty line but barely missed the 125% poverty line needed for adjustment of status.

Now the question is, if we will be blessed and approved K1 visa, get married before the 90th day and apply for adjustment of status, is it a must for my mom to provide again the affidavit of support? I mean, whoever provides the I-134 has to provide also the I-864??

I started to worry but also feeling positive still since I'm getting a job soon. Please help. Thanks guys!!
