Hi all,

From what I can tell only requirements is to take copies from and back of my wife's greencard. What about my identification anything ? I copied both our passports but that does not even seem as a requirement. Copied the visa stamps of different countries we have been in last 2 yrs, Guatemala twice, Belize and Chile.

Is it me but there isn't much requirements except green card copies and fill out form, then whatever proof you want.

thanks

Jack

The foreign-born spouse is removing the conditions on their permanent residency. You, the USC spouse, do not have conditions on your residency, correct?

Take a peek at page 5 of the form instructions for the types bonafide marital relationship evidence that USCIS wants to see since the inception of the marriage to the present time.

https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-751instr.pdf Review some recent forum threads showing the level and types of evidence that some folks are submitting, demonstrating that the marriage was entered in "good faith" and not for the purpose of circumventing immigration laws.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Thanks both of you

Reqarding evidence yes of course and i have been reading through the threads. As far as requirements wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something, since it is really only my wife's greencard. I thought about copying the drivers licenses but they are both old addresses which are the same from 2 addresses ago. We just moved to a rental house . the addresses are from when we lived with her mom for 6 months. We didn't change them when we moved to a apartment for a few years. I am screen shotting facebook pics showing date stamps etc. I also think that we have been on 3 trips together outside the country, 2 to guatemala, got married religiously in guatemala , went to belize for our honeymoon, came back and then went to meet her Dad, brother and sister in Chile plus the other evidence we will have should be suffecient. I will post a list for coverpage next few days

Thanks for the help

Jack
