Hola a todos, si alguien me puede apoyar se los agradecería mucho.

Mi caso es el siguiente:

Tenía programada mi entrevista el día 31 de mayo pero por un tratamiento médico no asistí a mi cita.

El tratamiento fue muy rápido y lo termine el lunes 13 de junio fueron menos de 15 días. Y ya tengo en

Mano los resultados del examen el sobre negro sellado. Me estuve comunicando al Cas de ciudad Juárez

Para programar una nueva cita pero me dicen que se tiene que pedir autorización ya que no les permite agendar cita se supone que subieron el reporte para pedir está autorización el lunes 13 pero me dijeron que no había un tiempo estimado para que me autorizen y pueda agendar una nueva cita. Alguien tuvo algún caso parecido donde

Después de no asistir a la cita original tuvieron que pedir una autorización para agendar una nueva? Si si saben qué tiempo tardó o tarda está autorización. Gracias
