I was wondering, if I noticed that I missed something on the for i-129f, can I resend a copy before I get a RFE?

If you already sent the I-129F, just wait for a respond from them. Depending on what you forgot to send them, either they might send you back the entire packet or later on you will get RFE in which you can reply and send them whatever they are asking for.
