My lease expires Sept 1 and I have to move , My I-129F will be sent in before that.

Where do I submit my change of address where my fiance will be living in USA?

He can always make changes to his address after the petition is already sent. This is for change of address for the petitioner...The fiance abroad can always make changes of address to where she will be living when she is filing out DS-160
