Yemen Passport Requirements

Hello all,

Can someone tell me about the requirements to apply for a Yemen passport? This would be for someone who is 19 years old. Do they need their father's permission? Both parents? Are they considered a minor at this age? I tried finding this info online, but there isn't much about it. Is there a local phone number in Sana'a for a passport office to contact? Also, would someone need written permission from their father to leave Yemen at this age? Any other info that is relevant would be helpful! I looked around on the forum, but didn't see this info anywhere. Sorry if I posted questions that are already available on the forum!
