Hi every one I'm Jayson, new member here. I'm planing to visit my SO in Japan this September to propose and then again in December to meet her family. We've talked about marriage and I think she knows its coming, lol. I'm currently in the Navy and plan to PCS this coming February and Ill be moving from Virginia to California. Couple things I'm worried about.

If we plan on summiting the 129F before November and I'm move from my home address in February what should I expect to come in the mail? Or would it be better to summit around January time?

Also since I'm military will a LES and last tax return be accepted for proof of 125% of income?

A little background on her. She was born in Japan but is half Filipino and has lived in Japan most of her life. She was married before to a US citizen but has the divorice letter. She also has a US SSN. The only problem shes had before was trying to enter the US on a student VISA but it was denined.

Any advise would be great. Thanks

Hi! My husband is in the US Army, and he was also PCSing during our process (to California too!). We ended up putting his parents address as his mailing address, and his base address as his 'home' address. That way, we never missed any correspondence. You can also update your address online after you move.

We used his LES and I think 2 tax returns. We also got a signed letter from the Army stating that he had been working there for 6 years and what his income was. We included BAH income as well.

Good luck!
