Information Packet Sent to Fiancee...Japanese Citizen

I have a question for you....my fiancee is Japanese and we are wondering what is in the packet from the embassy? I know I will need to provide a I-134 and she will need to do a DS-160 online. What else does the embassy in Japan require?

When I view my timeline it keeps pushing back the date our 129 should be adjudicated.....I guess California is getting backed up :-(

These are just estimates based off of other users timelines. I got my noa2 in 68 days, but some others that got their NOA1's around me are still waiting. The processing times are different for everyone so don't get too hung up on it. The CSC is still meeting its quota for k1 petitions so they aren't backed up.

well that is good to hear....I am hoping our case is a "simple" case.....luckily I saved up tons of military leave over the past few years and I will be heading out there in July and then again end of August. I would love to have her come here to visit in Aug or September but I am kinda scared to based on some of the peoples experiences at airports when arriving here. I have a trip coming up to Europe and when I get back I am going to ask specifically if she will have any issues visiting for a week since Japan is on the Visa Waiver Program.
