Hi everyone,

I have my k1 case arrived at the GuangZhou embassy ready for interview however me and my fiancé had to move our interview to Abu Dhabi because of work. I've been waiting since January 28th 2016 until now which has been three months and ten days and my case status on the ceac.state.gov website says administrative processing. Does anybody have any idea what's going on!!! Thanks

I have no idea why but anytime you interfere the embassy or Uscis you are likely to encounter such problems. Most people are in queue waiting and praying for all the time they wasted on your application and then YOU interfere, they always seem to move forward without yours. Hope you heard from them soon.

Welcome to the forum.

Contact the GUZ consulate via email.

Realistically, expect delays when trying to change a bureaucracy to your needs.

When you get a chance, :time:
