Filling DS 260 form

I am selectee of 2017 dv diversity, I am sill preparing for filling DS 260 form , I have seen the sample and seen the instruction , can any one give me any other instruction ?

can I fill the form all and edit later date before sumbitting ?

If I fill and submit ds 260 form will i be told that I will be interviewed soon or will I get messeage the begining of interview which is October 2016 ?
