I-90 taking too long

Hi,

In July 2015, I filed for 10 year green card renewal online. In August 2015, I had my biometric appointment, They gave me an extension sticker on the back of my card to the end of may 2016. I have been checking the case status and it always shows the same thing " biometrics app was scheduled..." I called the uscis customer service in march and the representative sent to investigate my case but I did not get a reply. So I called again on May 3, and the representative sent another one and he told me to wait 30 days to get an reply. The problem is, The extension will expire this month and also my drivers license is expiring this month too and I cannot renew with a expired gc. So I have made an infopass appointment to see if they can see what is going on with my case.One more thing, starting on may 3(the day I called the customer service) I cannot check my status,it shows "user defined error" why am i getting this message? Does it mean anything? before calling customer service, i checked that morning and it still showed" my biometric app was made..." its weird because it says "user defined error" after i called the customer service. Did anyone else file for an gc renewal last July and still didn't receive the new card? Why is my case taking a long time to process? What can i do about my drivers license if the new card doesn't come this month. I am getting worried.
